Desktop inbox

Reply to customer WhatsApp messages from a web inbox. See message status (sent, delivered, read), the 24-hour customer service window, and full conversation history.

Opt-in contact management

Import contacts with documented consent (CSV, web form, or recorded call). Every contact carries an opt-in source and timestamp. STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE replies are honored automatically.

Pre-approved template campaigns

Create message templates, submit them to Meta for review, and run consent-gated bulk sends to your customer list. Marketing templates carry built-in opt-out buttons.

Delivery analytics

Real-time delivery and read receipts via Meta's status webhook. Per-campaign breakdowns of sent, delivered, read, and failed counts so you can measure what works.

    Connect your WhatsApp Business Account

    Sign in to Whassabi and use Meta's standard sign-up flow to authorize your existing WhatsApp Business Account. Your access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256.

    Bring in your opted-in customers

    Import contacts from a CSV that includes a consent column, or capture opt-in through your existing customer flows. Whassabi enforces consent on every outbound message.

    Run a daily customer-service inbox, send pre-approved templates to your contact list, and watch delivery analytics roll in. Disconnect anytime to revoke our access.

Built for compliance from day one

Opt-in enforcement

Whassabi will not send to a contact unless we have a documented consent record. Every outbound send is gated server-side.

Encrypted at rest

WhatsApp access tokens are encrypted with AES-256 at the application layer before being persisted. TLS 1.2+ in transit.

Revocable in one click

Disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from Whassabi at any time. Stored tokens are immediately removed and we lose access.

Policies we enforce on every business that uses Whassabi

  • Meta's 24-hour customer service window is enforced platform-side. Outside the window, only Meta-approved templates can be sent.
  • Marketing templates must include an opt-out button — the template editor will not let you submit a marketing template without one.
  • STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, and OPT OUT keywords received from a customer immediately set that contact to UNSUBSCRIBED and block all future outbound sends.
  • Quality rating awareness — if Meta reduces your WhatsApp Business Account quality rating, Whassabi throttles or pauses outbound sends accordingly.
  • Tenant data isolation — each customer's WhatsApp account, contacts, conversations, and templates are scoped to their own organization. We never share or aggregate data across Whassabi customers.
